- children travelling with adult between 3 to 10 year old is half price of the adult fare.
- children under 3 is free but no meal provided.
- the tour package included parking fees, tolls, entrance fees, boats rides but not any water sport activities at Nusa Dua Beach.
- need not to pay full amount in advance. Require 10% deposit of the total for package included hotel and 5% without hotel booking. Non-refundable.
* The chauffeur
- he speaks very little English.
- he had not volunteered any info but he had answered all our questions. There is a map on the island and some pictures of the places of interest available in the car.
- he had umbrella ready for us when it rained.
- from destination to destination, it varies approximately 15 minutes to an hour. Check with the chauffeur before each ride, so that you can take a power nap.
* Places of Interest
- at Uluwatu Temple, beware of the notorious monkeys that would snatch away your belongings such as hat, spectacles and bags in exchange for food.
- do not feel offended if you are being asked to put on a "sarong", a piece of cloth to wrap yourself so as to show respect to their gods when visiting some of the temples.
- there is no fresh water at Nusa Dua beach for washing up. We suspected even the water running from the tap in the toilet was pumped directly from the sea with very minimum filtering because the water is salty.
* Paradiso Beach Inn
- free WiFi.
- 2 pins round plug for electrical outlet.
- 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water was provided everyday. You can buy 1.5L bottle of water for Rp 5,000 across from the hotel. We paid Rp 3,500 for the same bottle at a mini mart outside Kuta...somewhere.
* Tipping
- in most places, it is up to your own discretion but on turtle island, the farm guide expected tip.
